We collect your account details (name, work email and company), the deal files you upload (rent rolls, T-12s, offering memos and leases), and basic technical logs needed to run the platform.
2. How we use your data
We use your information only to extract documents, build underwriting models, abstract leases and support your team. We never sell or rent your data.
3. Deal privacy & AI
Your uploaded files and models belong to your firm. They stay isolated in your organization's workspace and are never used to train public AI models.
4. Security & deletion
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). When you delete a deal or close your account, your files are permanently purged from active storage.
5. Cookies & your rights
We use essential sign-in cookies and optional analytics cookies. You can request access, export or deletion of your data at any time.
